Abbi heads up the visitor attraction at Castle Howard, a lived in stately home and attraction in North Yorkshire. The role involves managing the visitor journey, marketing, programming and operations and Abbi has been fortunate to work on a huge variety of projects and events during the last five years, including the launch of a new adventure playground, high profile events ranging from BBC Countryfile Live to Ellie Goulding’s wedding.
Abbi previously worked in the theatre sector for ten years and also did a stint managing a marketing team at a university. Filming comes within Abbi’s remit and having managed several large scale productions, such as Bridgerton, in 2022 the cameras turned onto the staff and running of the Estate for a year long Channel 4 documentary.
