Victoria Hollows is chief executive of OneRen, joining in 2018 to lead cultural and leisure services supporting health, wellbeing and regeneration. She previously worked for Glasgow Museums managing some of the UK’s most visited museums and their award winning public programmes. She is passionate about social justice and the role culture and leisure play in delivering fairer outcomes and opportunities, publishing articles on organisational learning in support of these values. She leads on Future Paisley in partnership with Renfrewshire Council, an ambitious regeneration programme designed to transform the region’s future through investment in its cultural and leisure assets, including a major redevelopment of Paisley Museum.
