GSC is part of the Green Zone, managed by the UK Government, during the 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) in Glasgow between 31 October – 12 November 2021,
The Green Zone is a platform for general public, youth groups, civil society, academia, artists, business and others to have their voices heard through events, exhibitions, workshops and talks that promote dialogue, awareness, education and commitments.
About the Role
To support the delivery of the Green Zone activities within GSC, we are recruiting for COP26 Events Assistants to provide front of house hosting, visitor management, cleaning and food and beverage services within a fast paced environment. Duties will be allocated across one or more of these areas.
Applicants would be required to work between 31 October – 12 November 2021 inclusive (scheduled days off will be provided)
Shift patterns will vary to meet the needs of the business. Shifts may include early mornings (cleaning), days, evenings and weekends.
We are looking for people who have customer service and/or hospitality experience, work well in a team environment and can commit their availability during this period. If this sounds like you then we would love you to get in touch!
