About Us: Cruise Loch Ness offers unforgettable boat tours on the world-famous Loch Ness. We provide exceptional experiences, showcasing the stunning scenery, rich history, and legendary tales of the loch.

Job Overview: As part of a team, under the direction of the Duty Master Skipper, you will assist in the safe operation of the boat, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their journey.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the Company Domestic Ship Management manual.
• Perform daily tasks and additional duties as directed by the Master Skipper.
• Ensure safe boarding and disembarking of passengers.
• Engage with passengers, answering questions.
• Ensure passenger safety.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks.
• Serve drinks and snacks at the bar.
• Practice safe mooring and casting off.

Requirements:

The following are preferential but not essential:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• First aid certification is preferred.
