We’re seeking a Head Chef, with experience in managing a team to lead our kitchen brigade in a seven-day operation.

This role includes:
Planning and delivering high-quality menus
Managing stock, ordering, and food production
Ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene and safety
Leading and inspiring the kitchen team
