Salary: £46,306.58 per annum +17% employers pension contribution
36 hours per week flexibility required to meet needs of the programme offer to include some evening and weekend working. Fixed Term for 3 years with possibility of extension.
Culture Perth and Kinross is a vibrant cultural trust providing Library, Archive and Museum services across Perth and Kinross. We are currently working with our partner Perth and Kinross Council to deliver an ambitious and transformative new visitor attraction for the city of Perth which will house the Stone of Destiny and showcase the significant stories and public collections from the region.
The Audiences and Learning Team are responsible for our engagement with communities and visitors, developing programmes and projects which increase our reach and impact and diversify our audiences. The team deliver our programming, learning, volunteering and marketing strategies, and a range of projects including our innovative Culture and Heritage Pathway offering employment and training opportunities for young people.
We are seeking an experienced, audience-focused individual with the ability to work collaboratively to drive engagement, grow our audiences and innovate to take on the executive leadership role of Head of Audiences and Learning.
The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills, be an excellent communicator, and excel at using data and evidence to drive strategy and planning.
