Join the Fruitmarket team!

We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working member of kitchen staff who will assist the Chefs by ensuring kitchen cleanliness, maintaining kitchen organisation and carrying out basic meal preparation duties.

The continuing success of the café is a vital part of the Fruitmarket’s public-facing offer. The Fruitmarket’s café is popular with our exhibition audiences and with busy commuters, local residents, and tourists. Our core gallery opening hours are at present 10am–6pm. With a newly enlarged kitchen we have the potential to grow our catering retail and to expand the Fruitmarket’s conference and event trading in particular.
