The Quality Services Assistant role at Historic Environment Scotland offers exciting opportunities to build relationships across the organisation and beyond, acting as the main point of contact for internal colleagues and external suppliers relating to our Quality Assurance (QA) programmes. You will work to enhance the visitor experience at our properties in care. You will provide essential insights into visitor feedback and all QA programmes based on data entry and analysis, which helps shape the organisation’s approach to customer service standards. You will be responsible for admin and support with our Site Trainer Programme, our team of site-based team members who deliver training in service and experience across the country.

You may be asked to travel to develop your understanding of the visitor experience and build essential relationships with onsite teams across Scotland.
