We are looking for enthusiastic and conscientious people with excellent people and communication skills to join the team at Dunnottar Castle over the summer season.

There are multiple positions available from April to September/October (this may be negotiable).

Roles and Responsibilities: –

· Delivering excellent customer service

· Efficient operation of the coach park including management and welcome of pre-booked spaces, supervise coach parties and communicate arrivals to Castle kiosk

· Ensure the main car park is operating efficiently

· Keep car/coach park areas tidy and free from litter

· Monitor and supervise motorhome space availability

· Painting and gardening around parking areas

· Regular checks on cleanliness and condition of temporary toilet block

· Ensure consumable stocks in toilet block are maintained throughout the day

· Cleaning of toilet block at the end of the day

Skills and Experience

· Customer service experience, including dealing with difficult situations.

· Proactive and motivated to work in a team and as an individual

· Strong communication skills

· Willingness and enthusiasm for working outside

· Ability to understand and follow Health and Safety policies and procedures

Schedule:

· 10-hour shift – Hours of work 08:45-17:45.

· Weekend availability is essential

· 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, which will include some weekend working and potential for additional shifts when required.

Essential Requirements:

· United Kingdom (required)

· Applicants should be 18 at time of start, have a good level of physical fitness and possess a pro-active nature.

· Own transport essential if outside Stonehaven.

· Weekend working
