Clynelish Distillery was established in 1819 and is in the popular coastal town of Brora. Clynelish proudly serves as one of the Four Corner distilleries of Johnnie Walker Whiskies. The distillery is the home of the 14-year-old single Malt Whisky which is a key brand to the portfolio.

An exciting opportunity as a Seasonal Tour Guide provides a chance to be involved with a dynamic team who aim to create remarkable experiences for all their visitors. You will be responsible for sharing the heritage with passion and enthusiasm and acting as an ambassador for the brand.

This is a crucial and important role within the team, and you will be required to provide a first-class customer service experience. From warmly greeting the visitors to promoting brands, providing guidance on questions and upselling products alongside assisting in the shop. The ability to work together as a team and have exemplary communication skills are imperative.

Building a strong rapport with customers is key and having the confidence and passion to represent Clynelish Distillery, ensuring the customers leave with complete satisfaction is a must.

No prior knowledge of Whisky is necessary as full training will be provided.

The site is open seven days per week and flexibility is required for evening and weekend work
