Dalwhinnie Distillery is home to a famous Highland Single Malt Whisky recognised for its fantastic flavours. This magnificent five-star Scottish Tourist Board attraction is set amongst beautiful mountain scenery in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. Dalwhinnie is the highest Distillery in Scotland situated 1164 feet above sea level.

This fantastic opportunity as a Seasonal Tour Guide provides a chance to be involved with a dynamic team who aim to create remarkable experiences for all their visitors, taking them on a journey they will always remember and sharing their love for Whisky with all visitors. You will be responsible for sharing the heritage with passion and enthusiasm and acting as ambassadors to the business.

This is a crucial and important role within the team, and you will be required to provide a first-class customer service experience. From warmly greeting the visitors to promoting brands, providing guidance on questions and upselling products alongside assisting in the shop. The ability to work together as a team and have exemplary communication skills are imperative.

Building strong rapport with customers is key and having the confidence and passion to represent Dalwhinnie Distillery in a dazzling way, ensuring the customers leave with complete satisfaction.

No prior knowledge of Whisky is necessary, however if you are fluent in other languages that would be advantageous but not essential.

The site is open seven days per week and flexibility is required for evening and weekend work.
