Cardhu Distillery, our client’s 5-star Scottish Tourist Board attraction is a magnificent story to experience first-hand. As a distillery which was pioneered by a woman the journey takes you through this fantastic piece of history and culture, ensuring you will learn and understand the sites important heritage.

A fantastic opportunity as a Seasonal Tour Guide provides a chance to be involved with a dynamic team who aim to create remarkable experiences for all their visitors, taking them on a journey they will always remember and sharing their love for Whisky with all visitors. You will be responsible for sharing the heritage with passion and enthusiasm and acting as ambassadors to the business.

Building strong rapport with customers is key and having the confidence and passion to represent our client in a dazzling way, ensuring the customers leave with complete satisfaction.

No prior knowledge of Whisky is necessary, however if you are fluent in other languages that would be advantageous but not essential.

Your Time at Work
The site is open across seven days per week and we require flexibility as some evening and weekend work is required. There is a variety of different hours available so please contact us to discuss further.

Our Perfect Worker
This is a crucial and important role within the team, and you will be required to provide a first-class customer service experience. From warmly greeting the visitors to promoting brands, providing guidance on questions and upselling products alongside assisting in the shop. The ability to work together as a team and have exemplary communication skills are imperative.
