Your Time at Work
An exciting opportunity as a Seasonal Tour Guide provides a chance to be involved with a dynamic team who aim to create remarkable experiences for all their visitors. You will be responsible for sharing the heritage with passion and enthusiasm and acting as an ambassador for the brand.

This is a crucial and important role within the team, and you will be required to provide a first-class customer service experience. This will include warmly greeting our guests, conducting guided tours and tastings and providing guidance to showcase our brands within our retail area. The ability to work together as a team and have exemplary communication skills are imperative.

Building a strong rapport with customers is key and having the confidence and passion to represent Cragganmore Distillery, ensuring the customers leave with complete satisfaction is a must.

No prior knowledge of Whisky is necessary as full training will be provided.

Key Information and Benefits
The site is open seven days per week and flexibility is required for evening and weekend work
