The Tall Ship is Glasgow’s unique maritime attraction and one of only five Clydebuilt sailing ships left afloat in the world. Berthed alongside the Riverside Museum the Ship operates as a historic vessel/visitor attraction, welcoming over 200,000 visitors per year, giving locals and tourists an insight into life aboard a sailing ship. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join our well-established Visitor Services team. We are looking for a range of individuals to suit the needs of the business and our visitors.

We host visitors on a daily basis 7 days per week and are open for events and private hires.

The Visitor Services Team are responsible for delivery of the customer experience and ensuring all our visitors have an engaging, enjoyable and safe visit. The duties can range from the ticket office, café, retail and events and a programme of training will be available to ensure you are confident in the services. Whilst previous tourism and hospitality experience is desirable we also place great emphasis on a positive attitude and enthusiasm.

Hours are variable to suit the needs of the business and are likely to include late evening events.

• Opening & closing procedures
• Ship Presentation & Safe working
