The role? We are looking for a Seasonal Visitor Services Assistant to undertake a wide range of duties, whether that be helping in our tearoom, gift shop, or Larchwood Cabin Café. Your responsibilities will include giving a warm welcome to visitors, serving refreshments and delicious food, dealing with enquiries, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. This is a seasonal role until the end of October, with variable hours, which will include regular weekend working.

The person? The ideal candidate will be friendly, a team player, great with people and enjoy a varied and exciting role. We are looking for an immediate start, and given that hours will vary, this role would suit someone who can be flexible. Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate previous customer facing experience. As Drumlanrig Castle is not accessible by public transport, access to your own transport is essential.
