56 Degree Insight is a consumer insights consultancy based in Edinburgh but serving clients across the UK, and is jointly managed by Jim Eccleston and Duncan Stewart.  Both Jim and Duncan have many years’ of client-side and agency-side research experience, especially in the field of travel, tourism and leisure research.

The company undertakes all manner of tourism-related consumer and business research – both quantitative and qualitative in nature, from visitor experience surveys, brand and advertising evaluation to focus groups and depth interviews.
