We support organisations that need dependable ticket sales, smooth guest journeys, and stronger revenue performance. Our aim is to raise conversion across the visitor lifecycle, from first purchase to return visits, while simplifying back-office work so teams can focus on guests.

For more than fifteen years, museums, heritage sites, zoos, gardens, and cultural venues across the UK and North America have relied on Ticketure to manage complex operations and high visitor volumes. Clients such as National Museums Liverpool, London Transport Museum and Shakespeare Birthplace Trust have reported clear gains, including a ninety percent rise in donations after adopting Ticketure’s donation tools, together with more efficient day-to-day processes.

The platform brings together admissions, timed entry, group bookings, memberships, donations, visitor data, and real-time operational insight. Image showing Cobbs Group

Cobbs Group

Cobbs Group was established in 2002 in the village of Drumnadrochit on the shores of Loch Ness. Geographically, Loch Ness is one of Scotland's largest visitor attractions, and Cobbs is one of the Highlands' largest hospitality businesses, offering hotels, coffee shops, restaurants, retail, visitor attractions, self-catering accommodations, and an award-winning bakery specialising in hand-made cakes, including a large range of gluten-free products and options for other dietary requirements.

Cobbs cakes are supplied to numerous visitor attractions, including the National Trust, the Scottish Parliament, and many major sporting events, such as the Commonwealth Games and the Ryder Cup. These cakes are distributed through food service, along with our Redbox Coffee, who produce a great range of coffees and specialised teas.

A new addition to Cobbs' range of activities is the Loch Ness Illicit Whisky Stilling Experience, based at the Loch Ness Clansman Hotel and dedicated to Donald Fraser, the "King of the Smugglers." This experience includes a half-hour audio-visual show, along with a dram of Whisky.

With our extensive experience in catering at visitor attractions, specifically the Loch Ness Centre and ten years at Urquhart Castle for Historic Scotland, we are in an excellent position to advise and consult with other visitor attractions on their catering and retail requirements.

Cobbs will soon be opening a new tourist information and agency, incorporating retail, on the site of the former Visit Scotland Tourist Information Centre on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh. We will welcome all ASVA members and assist in marketing their attractions throughout Scotland.
