Our aim is to help clients match their catering service to the visitor requirement, enhance the visitor experience and maximise all-important secondary spend. The consultancy has undertaken a range of projects in the heritage and visitor attraction sector, encompassing day visitor catering, functions and events. We work extensively throughout Scotland from our base in Edinburgh.
The consultancy assisted Scottish Enterprise with the Experiencing Scotland project, offering support to tourism businesses to encourage the promotion of Scottish produce in their food offer, with a view to improving bottom line profitability.

The framework allows any publicly funded organisation or registered charity in the UK to use our services on a call-off basis, saving them the time and expense of tendering for consultancy support.
