– Basic Food Hygiene (Level 2) certificate or equivalent and have a sound knowledge of health safety and food regulations.

– Previous customer service experience, sales, cash handling and operating a PC based till would also be considered advantageous.

CHARACTER IS EVERYTHING

We are looking for individuals who will enjoy working in a busy and dynamic bar environment during the Jupiter Rising Festival at Jupiter Artland from Friday 27 – Saturday 28 August.

Shifts will be organised around bar opening times:
Friday: 3pm-12am
Saturday: 11am-12am

We are looking for fun, confident, enthusiastic staff who enjoy providing customers with a great experience. The ideal candidate will preferably have experience working in busy restaurants or bars.

An exciting opportunity exists to lead a small catering team within Chatelherault Country Park.

You will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the catering and bar provision within Chatelherault Country Park, this includes:

You must have experience of staff supervision, stock management, legislative compliance, health and safety, menu planning, food preparation, and various IT packages, as well as the ability to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills. This post requires regular evening and weekend shifts to meet the needs of the venue.

The ability to lead a team in a motivated and enthusiastic manner is essential to the requirements of the post.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hospitality experience at a beautiful visitor attraction. As Kitchen Assistant, you will help with food preparation and carry out a range of other general duties, like cleaning, dishwashing, recycling and stock moving.
