Simon Addison provides strategic leadership at the Roman Baths, overseeing key operational teams including Visitor Experience, Facilities, Systems, and Business Analysis. He plays a pivotal role in shaping the visitor journey, ensuring that every aspect—from site safety and presentation to efficient ticketing—supports a seamless visitor experience. Simon is also responsible for setting pricing strategy, managing business continuity, and ensuring emergency preparedness.
Simon also serves on the Board of the Association of Leading Visitor Attractions (ALVA), where he is currently co-chair.
