Victoria is the director and owner of the Glen Mhor Hotel in Inverness, Uile-Bheist Distillery and Brewery and partner in the J&R Group (hotels, bars and restaurants around Scotland). She is also a qualified teacher and has spent 20 years linking education and hospitality together.
Victoria has placed sustainable tourism at the heart of all developments as she looks to challenge mindsets on green practice, mental health and training, and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. She is passionate about inclusion and creating sector resources and work-based programs to ensure that access is never a barrier.
